In addition to the lounge, all four bedrooms have HD cable TV and DVD players.

Words can not begin to express the gratitude and appreciation to these 3 for literally juggling everything to accommodate us. They showed compassion and a heartfelt concern to make our dream trip a reality.I know this was at a great expense to them however never once was that shown or mentioned to us. I would encourage the management to improve the grill condition, but other than that I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful time. We would definitely stay at White Heron in the future. We offer everything from a 2-bedroom Orlando vacation condo all the way up to 14 bedroom luxury rental. There really is not much price difference between a 3-bedroom vacation home or four or 5-bedroom Orlando vacation rental home.

There are no vacation home rentals in Orange County as there is a county ordinance which prohibits short term rentals. Whatever your interests, our Disney World vacation rentals promise to please and will fit any budget. This really depends on the size of the vacation home you are booking. A good rule is always add 2 to the number of bedrooms the house you are booking has.

I was surprised to find that the kitchen had everything we needed, including huge pots and pans. I enjoyed being able to cook for my family each night. (which I love to do and besides- it saves money!) I have already recommended the home to two different families who have told me they are interested in visiting. We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here!

The kids loved the Playstation, and the pool was without comparison. We had a wonderful time at Disney, saw the space shuttle launch on the Fourth, and relaxed through it all. I just wanted to comment to say what an enjoyable trip we had to Florida. The house was absolutely wonderful and accommodated our gang with room to spare. Even got to see a snake one morning peaking in the screen. The privacy around the pool was absolutely a bonus.

Just to let you know we arrived back home safely yesterday. We had such a wonderful holiday, the villa was just perfect. When we walked in it was just so clean, the best we’ve been too. Everything was just perfect and all the extra little touches, such as pictures, books etc made it feel like home. We took our own teapot and tea cosy over this year as there is not usually one in any of the villas we have been to and when we got there you already had a teapot that’s great. We left ours there anyway as we didn’t have room in our suitcases to bring it back.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. The kitchen will have pots, pans, dishes, eating utensils, cups, linens for the beds, towels, and a starter set of toiletries. You will more than likely need to buy more toiletries while you are here in Kissimmee along with any food you want to eat. We pretty much have everything else you will need. For a wonderful shopping and cuisine experience, head to town center – a town unto itself that is handled to become as much of a must-see as Magic Kingdom.

South Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals

We arrived on the 27th of December 2014 and left on the 3rd of January 2015. The villa is extremely private, spacious, clean, and furnished neatly and tidily. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully equipped. The heated pool & Jacuzzi were amazing and spent hours swimming even when the weather was cold!

If you look on AirBnB or VRBO there are over 32,000 unique vacation homes. Osceola and Polk County property appraisers that number shows over 45,000; however, some of these vacation homes are timeshare units. We did enjoy our stay and all the instructions we received were excellent. The pool was very clean and the kids had lots of fun. Beautifully presented, excellent location.

Great house - The house was perfect for our large group. Travel to Disney, Legoland, other attractions and shopping was easy from there.The kitchen was very well stocked, better than my own at home! We were pleased that the floors were tiles and wood - so much cleaner than carpet. We appreciated the privacy hedge around the pool. We were unable to contact the management company about a couple of small things but there was nothing critical.

You are spoilt for choice as there are 2 Publix supermarkets nearby and the I4 Interstate is really close. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. This rental more than exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in other rentals before, but this home has set a new bar of what we should expect. Care was taken to make sure everything you need is available. Even things you didn't realize you needed were there.

Located in the quiet gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. Exclusive 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including en-suite in the master bedroom. Can accommodate groups sleeping 8 guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed with private bath and shower, his and hers walk in closet. The second bedroom has also a beautiful King bed that has its own full bathroom.

Very Good - The property was nice and clean and easy to get to Disney from. Disney World tends to get all of the attention, but there is so much more to love about this area! Regardless of the location of the home that you choose, you will probably be able to find 10 amazing golf courses within a mile of you—it is Florida after all!
