Great house - The house was perfect for our large group. Travel to Disney, Legoland, other attractions and shopping was easy from there.The kitchen was very well stocked, better than my own at home! We were pleased that the floors were tiles and wood - so much cleaner than carpet. We appreciated the privacy hedge around the pool. We were unable to contact the management company about a couple of small things but there was nothing critical.
You are spoilt for choice as there are 2 Publix supermarkets nearby and the I4 Interstate is really close. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. This rental more than exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in other rentals before, but this home has set a new bar of what we should expect. Care was taken to make sure everything you need is available. Even things you didn't realize you needed were there.

Located in the quiet gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. Exclusive 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including en-suite in the master bedroom. Can accommodate groups sleeping 8 guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed with private bath and shower, his and hers walk in closet. The second bedroom has also a beautiful King bed that has its own full bathroom.
Very Good - The property was nice and clean and easy to get to Disney from. Disney World tends to get all of the attention, but there is so much more to love about this area! Regardless of the location of the home that you choose, you will probably be able to find 10 amazing golf courses within a mile of you—it is Florida after all!

The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The parks were all just a short drive and easily accessed from Solana Resort. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations were just a short drive from the resort.

We encountered many animals during our vacation! The location was perfect and close to shopping, restaurant, and entertainment. A very comfortable and welcoming house, fully equipped, with the distinctive advantage of a pool. I love the property Matthew the pool was excellent. My kids enjoyed the stay so much we wanted to extend it. Solterra Resort - Davenport, Florida is a paradise located only 15 minutes from the area's main attraction...

If you are looking for a comfortable home close to everything, this home is close, but not too close to where you have traffic noise.
I along with my family, would rent this home again in a heartbeat. It was very hard to come home (-20 Celsius). My family and I have just returned from The Sunshine State. It was one of the best visits I have enjoyed to Florida.
House was well equipped with everything we needed. We had the time of our lives here in Florida and will definitely be back. What a beautiful home you have, plenty of room for everyone.
